Shop MIREILLE Return Policy
Shopmireille.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
Return Guidelines
1. Items returned within 10 days after their delivery date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) or hangtags are not eligible for return. Jewelry and masks are also not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
3. All items are returned to Shop MIREILLE at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
4. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Shop MIREILLE. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
5. All return postage fees will be at your expense
Shop MIREILLE reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Return Policy.
