We happily accept returns of unworn clothing items with the original tags attached and clear garment packaging that includes the SKU label. While we do not offer exchanges, we strive to make the return process straightforward and hassle-free.
Here’s how our return policy works:

Return Requests: Please initiate your return request within 7 days of receiving your order. The first day of the return window begins on the day tracking shows your package has been delivered. For orders with multiple shipments, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

Shipping Back: Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back to us within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.

Condition of Returns: Orders that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be eligible for a return.

Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Processing Your Return: After we receive your returned package, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed, letting you know what action has been taken.
